BIO

I’ve spent my career inside mission‑driven companies — legacy beauty, nutritional wellness , and high‑growth startups — building the operational foundations and brand alignment that fuel sustainable growth. I’ve been the second‑in‑command to founders scaling national brands, served as executive manager and strategic integrator to a CEO in building a fintech startup from the ground up, and launched two businesses as a solopreneur. Each chapter sharpened my ability to see patterns fast, stabilize chaos, and turn vision into structure.

My roots are in early childhood education and child psychology. I was certified through Head Start to teach preschoolers in underserved communities and, for a long time, thought I’d persue social work — to support and advocate for those whose odds were stacked against them.

Two decades and multiple industries later, I see I’m still doing that, only through a different framework.

Today, as Founder and Principal of Soluna Partners, I provide fractional COO leadership to early‑stage startups and small companies shaping a better future for children, communities, and the ecosystems that sustain them. I step in as second-in-command — translating vision into structure and building systems that free founders to lead.
