"Building a sustainable brand means balancing vision with execution, values with profitability, and impact with growth. As your fractional operator, I bring the operational systems that let you scale without compromising what you stand for—so you can focus on creating products that matter."
I’m not a corporate COO. In fact, I’m the furthest thing from corporate.
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial streak. At six years old, inspired by my favorite childhood character, Strawberry Shortcake (and all things pink) I sketched my first logo, harvested strawberries from my mother’s garden, and sold them door-to-door for 25 cents apiece to buy the ballet shoes I had my heart set on. That same creativity and resourcefulness still fuels my work today.
By high school, I was certified in early childhood education through Head Start, with my intention set on child psychology. Though I chose not to pursue social work, that desire to advocate for people whose odds were stacked against them never left.
The closest I came to working in corporate was my stint as Business Manager for Lancôme and Beauty Director for Dior, where I figured out fast that hitting numbers isn’t just about chasing quotas. Numbers are about people. Customers who feel cared for. Employees who feel aligned. Leaders who aren’t drowning in the grind. Ignore the people and you ignore the most valuable growth aspect of your business. Get it right and everything else aligns.
Over the last 15+ years, I've applied this truth across industries: modernizing a 30-year skincare brand as the founder's right hand, leading marketing and operations for an international nonprofit, and serving as strategic integrator to the CEO of a fintech startup, architecting the company's backbone and scaling nationally. I also launched and grew my own wellness venture from kitchen experiments into a profitable, multi-service business that served founders and executives for over eight years.
My commitment to sustainable business grew while running Replenish Daily, where I saw firsthand how consumer brands can either harm or heal. Two clients shaped that perspective: the Executive Director of Environmental Affairs for the City of Los Angeles, and the Founder and CEO of Parks Project. Their work opened my eyes to how businesses can be forces for good—not just in mission statements, but in operational practice. That's what led me to found Soluna Partners: to help brands building a better future do it with operations that match their values.
That six-year-old selling strawberries taught me something I still carry: when you want something badly enough, you figure out how to make it happen. You get creative, you work with what you have, and you find a way forward. Three decades later, that same relentless resourcefulness drives how I approach every operational challenge, now in service of the work that matters most. I find the path forward when others see only obstacles, building solutions from whatever's available. I know what it takes to leap first and build the plane while you're flying, and I'm here to make sure you land exactly where you envisioned.
Understanding how I operate offers insight into how I'll partner with you and lead your operations.
These strengths and tendencies shape how I approach challenges, build systems, and connect with people
Leaders need companies that can run without their constant oversight , systems that scale, teams that take ownership, and clarity to lead with focus. When operations support vision, growth becomes intentional, not overwhelming. As your embedded operator, I turn scattered efforts into aligned systems, freeing you to lead where it matters most.
I do so by providing three paths of fractional leadership:
Head of Operations — relief for the founder, structure for the business.
Chief of Staff — leverage for the founder, driving focus and follow-through.
COO — leadership for the company, building systems, teams, and accountability.
I help you choose the right support for your stage, so growth feels clear, steady, and built to last.
Best for early-stage sustainable brands that need tactical execution and structure to get operations running smoothly.
Ideal for founder-led sustainable brands in growth mode where the CEO needs leverage, clarity, and alignment across the team.
For sustainable brands entering growth stage that need durable systems, functional leadership, and accountability so the business doesn't rely on the founder to run.
