I’m a hands-on fractional COO and OBM who bridges vision and execution, chaos and order, the creative and the operational. With 20+ years in operations, I build systems that actually work and grow with your business.

I’ve always seen operations and brand as two sides of the same coin. Brand is the promise. Culture is how your people live it. Operations is how you keep it. Brand defines what you stand for, your tone, values, and experience. Operations makes it real through systems, service, and delivery. When they’re aligned, your business feels consistent and credible to both your team and your customers. That alignment has been the throughline of my career.

My entrepreneurial streak started at six. Obsessed with the cartoon Strawberry Shortcake and all things pink, I launched my first venture: selling strawberries from my mother's garden, complete with a hand-drawn logo, to fund the ballet shoes I desperately wanted. Creativity met resourcefulness, and that blend became instinct. Later, I studied psychology while teaching early childhood education, feeding my creative side while learning how structure, empathy, and communication shape human behavior. Those roots guide how I lead today, grounded in systems and a deep care for people.

At Lancôme (Business Manager) and Dior (Beauty Director), I grew the #1 counter in the Midwest, driving double-digit increases year after year in a flat market. I Ied through product education and human connection and learned quick that numbers aren’t just numbers. Revenue is customers who feel seen. Profit margins are employees who feel valued.

At Sage Skincare, I served as the founder’s right hand, modernized the brand and website, and focusing on the owner's education-first approach while optimizing operations to scale with integrity. We grew online customers by 150% in 18 months and drove 40% total revenue growth.

At an international nonprofit, I partnered with senior leadership to merge marketing and educational infrastructure, building a scalable operational backbone for 17 study groups and 100+ annual events. National attendance increased by 40%, transforming a volunteer-led network into a unified, expansion-ready education platform.

As a freelance creative, I built brands end-to-end for startups and entrepreneurs, including visual identity, messaging, web design, sales funnels, online courses and the operational frameworks that made them sustainable.

I launched Replenish Daily as a fully bootstrapped venture, taking it from concept to market in four months during LA’s juice boom. Over nearly a decade, it became a profitable, multi-service operation serving founders, executives, and their families. Running it solo taught me how to scale a business from the ground up and how quickly passion can turn into burnout without the right systems and support.

Even through serving HNW families through executive operations, I applied brand principles to systems, designing environments, experiences, and workflows that reflected each client’s values and standards while simultaneously creating educational experiences and activities for their children.

My first Soluna Partners client, a fintech startup, hired me as employee #2 to build from zero in early 2023. I architected and managed everything, finance, HR, compliance, marketing, and brand development, and scaled operations across 30+ states. I aligned vision, values, and execution, and by 2025 I positioned the company for funding and a smooth leadership transition. That’s fractional work done right.
